Purchasing an AYCJ Pass

- You must be a TrueBlue member to purchase your pass and book flights. To join, click here; it’s free
- Each AYCJ Pass is eligible for TrueBlue points—customers that purchase AYCJ-7 will receive 4,200 TrueBlue points. Customers that purchase AYCJ-5 will receive 3,000 TrueBlue points. Flights booked on the pass are not available for additional TrueBlue points
- You will receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours of purchasing the pass, which will include a link and instructions for booking your flights. You can begin booking pass travel on Monday, August 23, 2010
- There is no age restriction for pass purchase and travel. Customers 13 and under must have a parent register them for TrueBlue, purchase their pass and reserve all travel. Please note: There is an $85 per person fee each way for unaccompanied minors (a child traveling alone between ages 5 and 13)
Booking flights with an AYCJ Pass
- AYCJ Pass flights can only be booked online at jetblue.com/aycj beginning August 23, 2010
- Booking multiple flights departing from the same city on the same day is prohibited; any such bookings will be cancelled immediately with the exception of the most recently booked flight
- Each flight must be booked and ticketed no later than 11:59 p.m. EDT or 11:59 p.m. local time, whichever is earlier, three (3) days prior to the flight’s scheduled departure
Changes/Cancellations/No-Show Policy
- Changes/Cancellations greater than three days before departure flight: $0 fee
- Changes/Cancellations within three days of departure flight: $50 fee
- All flights require three-day advance purchase, including changed flights
If a customer no-shows for a flight, a penalty fee of $100 will be incurred. The AYCJ Pass and all existing reservations will be suspended until the penalty fee is paid
